This document outlines the terms of use and general information regarding licences, refunds and disclaimers. After purchasing and/or using the application, you agree to have read these terms. You also agree to accept these terms of use.
The Loaf licence is limited to a single device. If you purchase a new computer or need to transfer your licence to a different computer, you can contact hello@getloaf.io and request your licence be transferred.
You are free to use the icons in Loaf in as many personal and commercial projects as you like.
Any icons you export from Loaf are not allowed to be sold, redistributed or repackaged as a new product or free resource in any way.
If, for some reason, you did not receive your licence key during the registration process, please email hello@getloaf.io using the email you used to purchase the licence and it will be re-sent to you.
You are entitled to one immediate no questions asked refund within 14 days of purchasing Loaf. Please email hello@getloaf.io to cancel your subscription and receive a refund.
After cancelling your licence and receiving the refund, if you re-purchase a licence within the same licence period of the original licence using the same email address, you are no longer entitled to refund. You will be entitled to cancel your subscription at this time, however you will not be entitled to a refund. This will be clearly communicated when the initial cancellation request is made. The purpose of this to help prevent abuse of the usage of Loaf with customers signing up, cancelling, signing up, cancelling and repeating this pattern. This behaviour does not constitue fair usage and is not tolerated.
Loaf reserves the right to change the price of the product without notice. Loaf reserves the right to assist you with any bug related queries. Loaf reserves the right to refuse to assist you with any general questions. Loaf reserves the right to add additional icons at their own sole discretion. Loaf reserves the right to change/adapt/amend these terms. Loaf reserves the right to change/adapt/amend/update the application without notice.
Loaf is not liable for any damages caused by any defects in the application. Loaf provides the application “as is” without any warranty of any kind. You agree to hold Loaf harmless for any damages that may occur during the course of using or through the inability to use the application. Loaf is not liable or responsible in any event including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or any other damages or lessons arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
If Loaf finds you guilty of selling or renting the application to other people, or using the application for nefarious, destructive or illegal purposes, Loaf reserves the right to terminate your licence and you will be liable to legal action.
